If you are running small computer retail or repair shop, this invoice template can help you create professional invoices easy and quick. On the center of the form it defines the print area, which is the invoice form printed when you execute the print command in Excel. On the print area, you can find spaces for invoice#, invoice date, customer information (the "Bill To" area), and a section for you to enter your company slogan or service term. On the invoice form body part, you can list all the service performed, as well as all the goods sold. Each item on the invoice body has a "Taxable" checkbox assigned to it. Check the "Taxable" box to have the template calculates tax for the current item; uncheck it to exclude it from tax calculation. The invoice template also has other formulas created for you to calculated line totals, subtotal, total, tax and balance automatically.

The subtotal, taxes and totals are calculated with Excel formulas.
