The template does not include a logo image. But if you would like to use one, here is how. First you should unprotect the Invoice worksheet if it is protected and switch to design mode. And then, insert an image ActiveX object into the form - the detailed steps vary depending on the version of Excel you have. Lastly, you right-click the image object and choose Properties, and then specify the target image using the Picture property.
There are many static text fields (the text labels that don't change from invoice to invoice) on the form. The change these text labels, simply unprotect the Invoice worksheet, and then type in your own text according to your business requirements.
The invoice template itself does not create PDF format commercial invoices, but you can install one of those free add-in programs for your Office, such as PrimoPDF. Once such a program is installed, you can create your PDF commercial invoice by simply print to the PDF printer in Microsoft Excel.

This is another sample of how to modify an existing invoicing template (in this case, a VAT invoice template with 2 VAT rates) to create a new one. The original free invoice template places the 'VAT Rate' and 'VAT Amount' columns outside the print area. While the original form design leaves more spaces for writing item descriptions etc., by moving the VAT Rate and VAT Amount columns into the print area you give your customers / clients more clear figures on how everything is calculated.
