On the top of the template, the left section is designed for your own company information, including a placeholder for your LOGO image, your company name, address, city, state and zip, country, phone and web site address. Notes to Invoice Manager users: The interior designer has an icon button near it. Clicking the icon button will bring up a data list window where you can select the interior designer. This list uses the Sales Rep Name table in the database. To set up your interior designers, first click the Settings button on the Invoice worksheet, then go to the Misc Data tab, click the Edit button on the Sales Rep Name line.
The invoice body section has 5 columns inside the print area. They are 'Code', 'Description', 'Sq. Feet', 'Rate' and 'Total Amount'. Total amount is calculated using square feet and rate. And for Invoice Manager users, the icon column outside the print area lets you select products and items from a list window so that you don't have type repeat information (product and item name, price etc.) again and again. The 'Taxable' checkbox column, which is available in both the free version and the Invoice Manager version, allows you to specify whether each item is taxable. If you uncheck a product or an item, the line will be excluded from tax calculation.
The bottom section summarize a document, where you can find the fields such as subtotal, tax, transportation, total, paid, total due. All these fields are calculated using Excel formula, except 'transportation' and 'paid' -- these two fields are manually editable.
The 'Terms and Conditions' section shows you the terms and conditions for your products and services.
